Allinspections mobile app- The app allows you to add customers, view your schedule as a list or on a map view, and conduct inspections. With photo integration, you can add photos directly to the inspection report at the time of the inspection. Electronic signature allows you to capture your customer’s signature right from your Android device. Report backup and storage will save and sync all your inspections on the cloud so you can edit them later from your PC or Android device. PDF generation will allow you to generate a finalized PDF file and email your client on site at the completion of your inspection.
Allinspections web dashboard- All your information can be managed from your computer too! Schedules, reports, and client information can be viewed easily from any web browser, at any location. Manage your account settings from the web browser. Import photos to your online account from any digital camera, edit inspections, review and finalize your inspection reports. Log into your online account and generate a PDF document and/or email the reports to clients. The PDF can be stored on your hard drive or printed to give your clients and customers a hard copy.
Additional Features- Create stored notes from any web browser. Stored notes are custom comments that can be reused in Residential and Texas Property inspection forms. Categories allow you to quickly locate and insert your notes into your inspections. Even tag your comments while filling out the report. Tagged comments will automatically show up under that tag title in the summary page.
